You haven't heard of Blender by ThinkTank23, you should give them a moment of your time. ThinkTank23 is building an RSS feed generation tool that is designed to support those interested in monetizing their RSS feeds. with RSS advertising.

Blender is currently still in beta and it shows at times. Blender states there is no guarantee that your feed will available at all times but that they are working on it. I've been tesing the output of Blender feeds and I'd say that it works about 99.8 percent of the time.
