Google is use blog software to help streamline internal communication among employees. Some of the ways in which Google employees use blogs are for sharing meeting notations, diagnostic information and also the sharing of code snippets.

When asked if they plan to offer a Blogger.com blog software package for the enterprise, Google stated that they did not have plans do so as they see document management companies with strong footholds into the enterprise as extending current document management software feactures to include web log functions as well.

It is speculated that Google may offer additional feature to their Blogger.com service on the Internet to specifically target entrepreneurs and business interested in leverage a business blog into their marketing mix.
